No painting skill or experience necessary – only a desire to relax and become more creative. This method takes you deeper into the creative process by letting your intuition take the lead. There is no object or subject to paint or think about. This method is about feeling at several levels: Negative or stressful energy can flow out onto the paper, or positive, relaxing, healing energy from what was painted can be brought inward.

Monet Clark is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH). She also holds a M.Ed. in school counseling. Having worked in the mental health field over 15 years, she often wondered why some individuals struggle while others appear to function well. Through years of self-reflection and her own struggles, Monet realized loving yourself is priority. Without it, your ability to function declines.
Life at times can be challenging. If you are looking for a therapist that is not judgmental, is empathetic and passionate about helping others, I am the therapist for you! Sharen has dedicated her life to mentoring and teaching people how to recognize and take advantage of their limitless power and potential. Her message is one of unity and love, encouraging people to live a balanced life of ease, goodness, joy, and freedom.

LaShawn is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Manager at a Fitness Gym in Smyrna, Delaware. Fitness has always been a part of her make-up; she participated in various sports and maintained an active lifestyle as a part of her core.
As a trainer, it is LaShawn's mission to share her enthusiasm and to motivate and encourage individuals towards a more positive, healthy and active lifestyle. She enjoys raising awareness on the importance of spiritual and physical fitness. There are absolutely no limits, but the ones we place on ourselves.
