Chanel Walker-Bailey is a Published Author, Inspirational Speaker, Certified Life Coach, Master Class Instructor, and Talk Show Personality. She is also the developer of the RealBoldTruth blog, RBT Institute, and RealBoldTruth Ministries L.L.C. Chanel’s passion and reason for being is to connect with others and help inspire them to become a version of themselves that they never thought possible. She mentors and motivates from her own personal experiences. She believes that transparency and Being REAL with others is the most effective way to stimulate change and develop authentic connections.

Sharen has a unique motley of skill sets from her military, IT, and life experiences.  She is mentor, spiritual advisor, and healer.

After experiencing many challenges in her life, she has learned the power of persistence, forgiveness, and love. Sharen has dedicated her life to mentoring and teaching people how to recognize and take advantage of their limitless power and potential.  


She loves the quote “If there is a will, there is a way”, and teaches through prayer, positivity, and belief; anything is possible.  Her message is one of unity and love, encouraging people to live a balanced life of ease, goodness, joy, and freedom.

I genuinely believe we have the inner potential and strength to accomplish anything we set our minds to; it starts with a belief and manifest into an outcome. I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Manager at Snap Fitness in Smyrna, Delaware. Fitness has always been a part of my make-up; I participated in various sports and maintained an active lifestyle as a part of my core. When I am not training, I am a wife and mother of four. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and learning new ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
