LaShawn
Hillman

"If you believe you can achieve, then say it like this..I know I can"-Nas

This quote has become a part of my mantra! I genuinely believe we have the inner potential and strength to accomplish anything we set our minds to; it starts with a belief and manifest into an outcome. My name is LaShawn Hillman, a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and Manager at Snap Fitness in Smyrna, Delaware. Fitness has always been a part of my make-up; I participated in various sports and maintained an active lifestyle as a part of my core. I held the local 100 and 200 meter sprint records for almost 20 years. My specialties are kettle bell and kickboxing. I also serve as the assistant to boot camp training. When I am not training, I am a wife and mother of four. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and learning new ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

As a trainer, it is my mission to share my enthusiasm and to motivate and encourage individuals towards a more positive, healthy and active lifestyle. I enjoy raising awareness on the importance of physical fitness. There are absolutely no limits, but the ones we place on ourselves.
