Counseling involves the client not only learning more about him/herself but also gaining new skills. Counseling can provide improved communication and interpersonal skills, greater self-acceptance, and self-esteem, the ability to change self-defeating behaviors/habits, and relief from depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions.​
My approach is client-centered. Life at times can be challenging.
