Monet Clark is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH). She also holds a M.Ed. in school counseling. Having worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, she often wondered why some individuals struggle while others appear to function well. Through years of self-reflection and her own struggles, Monet realized loving yourself is a priority. Without it, your ability to function declines.
